Hotel Waldinger is the first 4* hotel in Osijek. It lies just 100 metres from the main city square and the famous Osijek Promenade beside the Drava River. The century-old Art Nouveau building is protected as a cultural and environmental monument, designed and enriched with relief ornaments by architect and sculptor Antun Slavicek, a famous Osijek artist. The hotel is named after Adolf Ignjo Waldinger, a local 19th century, creator of the "Osijek School of Painting".
Hotel Waldinger has 16 rooms, a mixture of standard double and twins, superior double & deluxe double as well as a single room, while Pension Waldinger, located in the hotel courtyard, has 6 rooms.
All the rooms in both the Hotel and the Pension are air-conditioned, equipped with hairdryer, safe, Pay TV system and free wireless internet. Use of the fitness facilities is included in the price and there is also the possibility of using the sauna.
Restaurant Waldinger offers traditional dishes with a modern twist.
The Pastry Shop Gold coffee house is the place for socializing and gatherings. Enjoy a morning coffee, newspapers, daily fresh pastries, or afternoon tea. Their delicious cakes and pastries can be ordered to go.
