The hotel itself has four studios, six double rooms, one suite and one family apartment.

• Casa Garzotto offers 4 comfortable and luxurious studio apartments of approx 35sqm, each individually decorated. Two apartments have open fireplaces which come in handy if you're staying here during winter. The furniture and wall decorations hark back to the days when Italy & Austria ruled Croatia. Every studio has a king size bed (with the possibility of requesting an extra bed if necessary). Within this same building there is a lounge bar, library and free Wi-Fi.

• Baladur Pavan is an ancient Venetian building, owned by the Pavan family. It was built in 1500 and restored in 2001. Situated in the heart of the historical centre of Rovinj it is a peaceful oasis. The four rooms of the hotel annex are spacious and simply furnished; children up to 4 years old stay for free, while 5-12 year-olds receive a 50% discount. Each has air-conditioning and a private bathroom - room-service, and breakfast at Casa Garzotto, are included in the price.

• Corte Montalbano Family apartment is located overlooking one of the oldest quarters of the old town of Rovinj, close to the iconic Piazza Grande. The 58sqm apartment has a separate entrance, and is ideal for a party of 4. This location is one of the few survivors of Rovinj's Promotion and Enlargement of Housing, which took place in the early eighteenth century, as a result of the considerable population increase. This location was restored in 2007 still respecting the original architecture of the authentic old Istrian tradition. With its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Mediterranean-style kitchen, Montalbano Court is an oasis of peace and tranquility.

• Basilisco Veneziano Suites are located in the oldest part of the city, on the first and second floor of a Basilisco Renaissance Palace from the 16th century. They reveal all the splendour and charm of the Venetian period of Rovinj. The luxurious 43 sqm and 35sqm suites with high ceilings, lots of light and antique furniture are the ideal choice for the most discerning guest. The suites include a bedroom, living-room with sofa-bed and a private bathroom.

After a day exploring you can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar (in the lobby of the main building), or by trying the carefully selected wines from the cellar.

The Barba Zuane Restaurant is located in the heart of the city in the 16th century Venice Palace Basilisco. The romantic and elegant atmosphere evokes the old days of Rovinj and Venezia. The Italian-Mediterranean restaurant will satisfy the requirements of gastronomes and wine enthusiasts, as well as those simply looking for an authentic eating experience. Kitchen Barba Zuane serves the best blend of Italian, Mediterranean, and Istrian cuisine. The meals are healthy, made from fine, fresh ingredients, based on the local olive oil, local wild fish, selected pieces of meat, quality pasta, delicious vegetables and fruits. Sea salt crystals, bay leaf, basil, rosemary, create a compelling, nostalgic flavor and aroma of the Mediterranean.
