At the foothills of Meteora, by the old square of Kastraki, is a building dating from 1845. Over the years butchers, grocers, barbers and tailors all worked from this building and it has now been restored using traditional materials - primarily stone and wood.

Within walking distance you can explore the enormous rocks, monasteries, chapels, paths and small woods. The village of Kastraki lies to the west of Meteora and is amphitheatrically built among enormous rocks. Uphill in the eastern part of the village you will see the old picturesque quarters of the village.

All 5 rooms are en suite and have air conditioning, central heating, telephone, fridge, satellite TV & all enjoy breathtaking views of Meteora. Three rooms have a fireplace & one room has a Jacuzzi bath. One room is accessible.

Facilities

Breakfast is served in the cellar near the fireplace or in the garden in the summer. You can savour home-made pies, jams, bread, vegetables and fruit (from the hotel's vegetable garden) and traditional pastries.
