The tour begins in front of the Houses of Parliament in Syntagma Square where you'll see the Monument of the Unknown Soldier and the changing of the famous Evzone Guards. A pleasant walk will follow through the National Gardens and on to the Zappeion Hall, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian's Arch. From here you will enter Plaka and head to the Acropolis. Your guide will take you to the Propylaia, the Temple of Nike, and the Parthenon, the monuments that represent the glory of ancient Athens and the golden age of Pericles. From here you'll see the Athenian Agora, the Observatories, the Hill of Democracy (Pnyx), Mars and Philipappos Hill, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and the Theater of Dionysus. At the end of the tour and as you are so close, you may wish to pop into the new Acropolis Museum.

Please note that the entrance fee to the Acropolis is not included in the price.
