This fun-packed short break offers you the chance to explore some unique areas just off the coast of central Dalmatia; sailing around the fantastic Kornati archipelago. You can participate in swimming, SUP and snorkelling in some incredibly beautiful waters. Our guides will seize every opportunity to steer you away from the busy everyday life ensuring a truly memorable experience which you will cherish for many years to come.
This activity short break is designed to be included as part of a longer holiday in Croatia. Sailing and Croatia go well together; you will spend 3 nights on this Kornati sailing adventure around the most spectacular coastline in Europe. You will also discover tiny islands and the secluded coves of the Kornati National Park archipelago hidden in the sparkling blue Adriatic. The embarkation point is the lovely town of Skradin, on the very edge of the Krka National Park. The coastal waters of Sibenik contain an archipelago of numerous islands. Therefore these little islands make marvellous getaways if you're looking for a rustic vacation experience. The first destination you reach is the island of Zlarin. While travelling aboard the catamaran you will experience the true culture of the islands and people. This Kornati sailing adventure holiday isn't just a sailing trip or an adventure package. This package is designed for those who love being active, who admire the outdoors and appreciate ancient architecture and local tradition. Croatia is alive with well-preserved old towns, castles, palaces, monuments and native architecture. Together with the tradition, folklore, art scenes and music it is a unique place to discover.
What activities are included ?
Sailing, SUP, hiking, swimming & snorkelling are included in the programme as everyday activities and are suitable for all ages with a moderate degree of fitness and swimming ability. The sea and rivers are friendly – they have pleasant temperatures in summer and they are not dangerous or physically too demanding.

Essential Information
Activity level: Trips are designed for flexible, energetic people who like to be active and have a spirit of adventure and a positive attitude. The daily program is a combination of walking, swimming and SUP exploration. You can expect to paddle about 10 miles a day (four hours), but our schedule is very weather dependent. Previous experience is recommended, but not required.
Minimum age: 8 years - 8 to 12 years, only if accompanied by parent(s).
Meals: The meals tend to be fairly heavy on the meats, breads and pastries, pastas and dumplings. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know as soon as possible. Vegetarian diets can be accommodated but we recommend that you bring along with you some of your favourite protein snacks.
Weather: The summers are typically warm and sunny. From May to October temperatures are comfortable for hiking, paddling, and swimming. Rain is always a possibility in Croatia so it is essential to bring adequate rain wear and a jacket in case of inclement weather.
Group size: Min 4 – Max 8 per group; larger groups are on request.
Accommodation: Our yacht is a Nautitech 44 or similar catamaran with two double and two triple rooms, most with en suite bathroom (only one is shared sometimes with the guide). The catamaran has beds for up to 10 passengers with a lot of deck space, comfort and very good sailing performance.

This itinerary can be subject to change due to group abilities and preferences, weather, water levels, special events of interest, etc. Our guides and tour leaders will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for you without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional situations.
