The Hotel Platani is located overlooking the main square, right in the heart of Trebinje. The hotel has two separate buildings (I & II), the original building faces the eastern side of the square and houses a 3* hotel, bar and cafe and an excellent bakery whereas the more modern styled (interior only, that is) building overlooks the northern side of the square and houses a 4* hotel with a great restaurant. Both buildings are traditional style, retaining the charm of Herzegovin-Mediterranean architecture. This combination of traditional exterior, sheltered from the sun by the 100 year old plane trees, with the modern interiors makes the Platanti Hotel quite unique and an excellent choice for a short stay in Trebinje.

The Platani I Hotel offers 10 rooms and 2 suites, all with a lovely view of the town square. Platani II Hotel has 20 rooms and 2 suites, some with views to the square and its colourful market; others overlooking the adjacent streets. All rooms have air conditioning, LCD TV, wifi and mini bar.
