Montenegro is a fascinating country offering such a variety of landscapes, adventurous activities and incredible sightseeing. However, it is quite difficult to explore without a car; one way to do so, though, would be by taking the incredible railway journey linking the coast to the interior. Specifically this would be the section between Bar and Kolasin, passing along the side of Lake Skadar, through the capital of Podgorica and alongside the Moraca valley into the mountains.

Taking the daytime trains in each direction allows you to enjoy the scenery fully and choose your itinerary so that you have the most time to embark on a number of excursions and activities in each location. We will also provide private transfers to and from the airport and in-between for a seamless service.

Whilst in Kolasin, which is nearby to three magnificent National Parks - Biogradsko, Durmitor & Prokletije. There are opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, rafting, zip-wire and much more from your base in Kolasin.

On the beautiful Adriatic coast you have many choices, too - the incredible, historic town of Kotor, the cosmpolitan beach resort of Budva or perhaps the more relaxed smaller resort of Ulcinj.
