About Demnate
Demnate is a small off-the-beaten-track town in the foothills of the High Atlas to the northeast of Marrakech. Here, the kasbah guest houses offer an ideal base to learn more of the Berber culture. Located just over one hour from Marrakech, Demnate also offers the opportunity to visit many natural Geoparc sites in the M'Goun area on guided day hikes or by independent exploration. It is also a good place to stay for visiting the nearby waterfalls at Ouzoud.
