Accommodation

All rooms at the Muntele Rece are very comfortable, equipped with warm and authentic furnishings expertly chosen from the many markets of Transylvania as well as restored original wooden furniture; each has private bathroom, free wi-fi, cable TV and hardwood floors, & hairdryer. All rooms are non-smoking and have mountain views.

In total the guest house has 8 double rooms, 1 suite and 2 family rooms: double attic rooms sleep two persons & enjoy a view of either the Piatra Craiului Mountains or the Bucegi Mountains; double rooms with balcony, with views towards the Bucegi Mountains, can sleep two adults and one child; the suite is the largest room and has an amazing view over the Piatra Craiului Mountains as well as a living room with sofa and armchairs and a terrace. Family rooms can sleep up to two adults and two children in a double bed and bunk beds and there is a beautiful panorama of the Bucegi Mountains from the room.
