The Capitolina Hotel City Chic offers quality services together with modern comfort and design; it is located just 5 minutes (up hill) from the major tourist sights of the city of Cluj Napoca. Cluj centre is a little busier with traffic than some Transylvanian towns so this relatively quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre is our top recommendation. There are also many good restaurants and bars nearby as the university area is also close by.
