Single Niche Room (19sqm) sleeps one person.

Niche Rooms (19sqm) sleep two persons – the window has a street view either to Syngrou Avenue or Vourvachi street.

Compact Niche Room (17sqm) – sleeps two. These overlook the rear of the hotel with a large window.

Fine Niche Rooms (20sqm) – sleeps two – these have two windows and a city view. 

Niche High Floor (20sqm) – sleeps two. On the 5th & 6th floor of the hotel with city views.

Niche Lycabettus hill view room (21sqm) – sleeps two. The window has a view to Lycabettus Hill and the city. 

Niche Acropolis View room (21sqm)- sleeps two. Enjoy a unique perspective of the Parthenon Temple along with a view of the Acropolis Museum. 

Niche Suite (27sqm) - sleeps four. Private balcony with views towards the Parthenon. 

Design Niche Suite (33sqm) – sleeps two. Enjoy the captivating view of the Acropolis from your private balcony on the 7th floor. 

Fine Niche Suite Acropolis View (30sqm) – sleeps four. Private balcony, views of the Acropolis from the bed. 

Divine Niche Suite Acropolis view (31sqm) – sleeps three. On the top floor right across the Acropolis hill. Private balcony. 

Superior family room (38sqm) – sleeps four. Ideal for families travelling with one or two children up to 11 years old. The family room consists of two separate rooms. Each of them has its own bathroom and private entrance door, accessed through their small private corridor, allowing the guests to have a total privacy. The first room (19m2) has a window with street view to Syngrou Avenue and the second one (17m2) has a window looking to the back of the hotel.
